10th International Women's Weightlifting Tournament in Lyon

It is with great pride that we announce the 10th edition of our International Women’s Weightlifting Tournament in Lyon!
In the wake of an Olympic year rich in emotions, we have the honour of bringing together the best French and international athletes for an exceptional day.
This event will be an opportunity to celebrate exceptional sportswomen and experience intense and inspiring moments together. Driven by the values of sharing, surpassing oneself and commitment, our female athletes embody determination and excellence every day. Let’s give them all the recognition they deserve!
Tournament History
- 2014: First women’s tournament, allowing athletes from the region to express their talent.
- 2015: Opening of invitations, victory of Anaïs Michel, 2017 European champion.
- 2018: Participation of 5 countries and 22 clubs.
- 2019: Second consecutive victory for Vicky Graillot.
- 2020: Participation of Aureleny Ferreira Nunes from Istres Sport.
- 2022: 7th post-COVID edition.
- 2023: Celebration of the club’s 130th anniversary.
2025 Edition
- International: Participation of foreign delegations.
- National: Qualifying competition for France with the presence of the best French athletes.
Terms of Participation
- AURA League: Any athlete, whatever their level, with a limit of 5 athletes per club.
- France: National level athletes or athletes capable of achieving the national minimums on the day of the tournament. Maximum 5 athletes per club.

Please complete the online form and send your payment by bank transfer (RIB attached in the form).
Deadline for commitment: January 15, 2024
